Returns

• Receipt required, no exceptions.
• Items must come back in same condition as when purchased, tags on.
• Return period is not to be abused to test gear. We have the right to void refund or exchange at any time. If items like golf clubs, bikes, skis, and snowboards look as though they have been used, we will not take them back.
• Past the 48 hour return period, refund or exchange can only be approved by discretion of management.

Warranties: Warranties are not applicable to most of our items in store, used items do not include any warranty and are bought as is. Our bike department does offer full manufacturers warranty on all new bikes and include a mandatory 30 minute check over/quality control at time of purchase. A no charge warranty tune is also included with the purchase of a new bike; 4 months after purchase bring your new bike in through our loading bay for a guaranteed next day tune.
